In January, the hottest markets for detached homes sales in West Vancouver were the British Properties, and Ambleside;  in North Vancouver it was Upper Lonsdale.  For condos sales, the hottest market in West Vancouver was Horseshoe Bay and in North Vancouver it was Lower Lonsdale.
